    ...when nothing is really missing

Woke up from a series of nightmares today, some about my family, CZ, friends, strangers. There wasn't even intervals for each dream(like i didnt wake up and sleep again). The dreams just keep playing i was like watching a movie.. For the rest of the day i felt quite terrible.I wonder how faces of people i've never met get formed in my dreams..hmm. Anyway, it's just one of those days i feel emo(weird, empty, sad, tired all together).

Just came back from Chinese Orchestra's Welcome tea. Played some ice-breaker games(didn't cure my emo-ness at all)but i do feel a little excited about picking up a new instrument. I have been in the Chinese Orchestra since i was 10yrs old and until now, my passion for picking up new musical instruments has not changed abit. I don't have to become a pro in that instrument, that's definitely not why i want to be in an orchestra...

When i played my part(eg.the cello part) for a piece, i usually got all the simple 'supporting' notes that didn't even sound very melodic when i played alone. But when every member in the orchestra plays their own 'supporting' parts together, suddenly it all makes sense. My simple un-melodic notes are now important. The composition is working out because all our individual effort is harmonised. Fantastic feeling:)
